Please note i generally require 3-4 weeks notice when placing an order and a 50% deposit to confirm your date/order. I have a variety of flavours, sponges and am able to do 3D cakes. I have completed The Wilton Methods of Cake Decorating courses and am still continuing to do courses and workshops to enhance my skills in the art of cake decorating.
